20TH OCTOBER

YEA! back frmo sea sortie! its was a wonderful experience as i withness 1st hand a the landing of super pumas and chinooks of the RSAF on the flight deck of the LST (landing ship tank) and not to mention getting to ride on a FCU (Fast craft unit) and again withness the launching of the FCEP (fast craft for equipment and personals).

O ya and i learn quite alot from the sortie. primary obj is the learn how to use the equpis on the bride and how to report to the OOW.

So erm started on 18/10/06 woked up dam early to prepare myself.... and also update my blog XD at 4am+ LOL XD then went to boon lay to wait for zhang hong BUT HE LEFT WITHOUT WAITING FOR ME! WTF!... then i over there like idoit waiting till 0630 hrs... and also we din bring our hp along coz no camera hp allowed... dam pissed off la... i mean wtf la...

okok reach le then bag check walk to RSS Persistence 209 got on board showed our mess (bedroom) changed into our coverall and withness the ship going underway (moving in naval term)

and so the ship went underway heading towards pulau sudong (a live firing area for planes) and also military exercise... as we were underway.. msg ong took us on a tour ard the ship... chinwoo and i dun nid a tour la... i tink... i still can rmb the ways... provided persistence din add ani thing special XD lol...

after the tour was lunch and after lunch we reached the destination... so the heli ops (in short for helicopter operations) commenced! seriously it was my 1st time witnessing heli ops dam cool... wanna be a pilot next time LOL! haha... there were 2 super pumas and 2 chinooks woah nice! i din noe y but i waved at the chinook and ONE OF THE CREW WAVED BACK! LOL abit kua zhang XD... but it shows how decisive the RSAF is they can notice tis tiny dot waving at them XD

so we kept seeing the same old thing happening... abit sian... hover, land, flight crew latch the copter, change pilot, unlatch and take off... within a few mins. cool huh? im sooo like dam lucky! not everione can get tis GOLDEN ops to withness tis... so after the heli ops was dinner... and after dinner was close up (a term use for duty) my 1st close up was in the engine rm of the LST and i was wif zhan hong. to an engineering student it was a freaking gd ops to be able to withness how a ship operates... hmmm... tink tis part is quite sensitive... - - - - - - - (skip)

my close up was from 1900 hrs to 2200 hrs but i insisted to continue til 0100 at the bridge (wheel house / control rm) wif chin woo and yvonne lim and yvonne chia... had a chat wif captain daniel kwok (a person i inspire to be) he was somehow like me talkative XD LOL haha. he was from a JC he signed up as a RSN (Republic of Singapore Navy) and is now doing his degrees if im not wrong... quite a cheerful and knowledgable guy.

wake up at 0645 if im not wrong... heard the wakey wakey pipe...

and after tat i dun quite rmb wad happen... roughly... watch keeping... lunch, lauching of the FCEP (Fast Craft and Equipment and Personals... lol 4get liao XD) erm wads a FCEP? hmm those hu got watch the movie saving private ryan... the 1st part the vessel tat they took to land in on the beach... erm there is a ramp at the front... rings ani ding dong bell?

and there was the FCU (Fast Craft Unit) ride to pulau sudong DAM FUN LA! lol the ride hmm there was a man overboard drill they threw the life bouy / ring into the sea, flew the Oscar flag (which means man Overboard) blew the horn... and recused the life bouy. Capt Daniel also asked us to threw the life ring over board ani time... dunno y... he said us but obvious reasons... it meant me... so i threw blah blah blah... saved... proceed on to the island... reaching the island... captain daniel asked us to brace for impact... but the FCU slowed down and end up was a little jerk... all of us were like "wth.. wooo ahhh we gonna fall... XD" for me i was expecting smth more powerful wif more impact tat could knock me out of my feet... but nope... nvm... so we stepped foot on the island... dunno y we play section commander LOL dam lame... maybe it was too bored.. so there was tis pit... chinwoo hid in it... trying to camoflage and blend into the GREEN surrounding when he was wearing BLUE! stupid right? stupidity also has its limits.... LOL shoot him XD... so he gav the hand sign to move forward (which is represented by swinging ur hand forward once at face lvl)... clarence go move up LOL so i joined in... grabbed a stick and pretended it to be a gun... and we continue tis path... lol till the RSN personals shouted tat we are going to far in... so we went back and played soccer wif them as they hav bought a soccer ball along... chinwoo go lie inside the pit again... SO WE TAOPOK HIM XD

ard 10 mins or so we needed to head back to the ship BUT wif more manuevering mand over board drill...

after we got back onto the ship the haze was pretty bad so the heli ops was cancelled and we returned back to Singapore ahead of schedule and poof im back here posting XD

okok i go slp le... lata still got sch XD dunno wherther can wake up...

17TH OCTOBER

Ok after like so long i finally can or rather decided to update my blog XD LOL... now im in class which is juz starting... the lecturer is nagging again... as expected... i dun mind the nagging but she is like repeating everithing over and over again... does she noe tat?

hmm nvm still can slack for while as she is still recaping wad she has taught us yesterdae...

okok i start wif wad happen on saturdae... erm the collection of name tag and the payment of the CLT gathering and christmas celebration... okok glenn was collection the money... so on the way there when i was on the mrt there was tis big sized guy (not fat but strong built body) he was answering a call so he was toking DAM loud then he say

guy: huh? where am i? i at jurong east

BIG FAT LIAR la!!!!! he was onli at boon lay... wtf.. either he dunno the stops well or he is plain lying... then he hung up.. and blast his music AGAIN! the couple beside him was irritated so they stood up at the door... and after lakeside... the seats beside him were empty.. he noticed and gav tat "i dun giv a damn" face dam guai lan la... sitting down there like some big taokay (boss) shaking his leg... FK!

then the train arrived at jurong east FINALLY i got rid of him... BUT! got into the same cabin as a PDA couple (PDA = public display of affection) dam ROMANTIC hor... touch here touch there... cant stand them... they alighted at CCK... wooo peace and quiet till woodlands...

walked to mac... saw glenn queing up and JC hairstyle XD LOL haha... settled down sign in msn and min yenn tok to me... show JC the video i was working on... and waited till ppl arrived.... glenn the racist basturd kept saying jokes... lame jokes...

we started tokin and my engine was warmed up... XD LOL blah blah blah... pay money take name tag... then they went home or go out... so daven, jk, jc, glenn and me were left... we wondered ard causeway... daven was answering a call so we tried to trick him so we let him walked infront and we sneaked back in to mac again LOL glenn spoilter la... go call daven sianz... the clarence... called me asking if we wan to eat pizza hut

2dae on the way to sch... some bus stops away from NP someone pressed the bell so everione ws like looking here and looking but no one alighted... they bus driver was scolding vulgarities... then the door closed and the bus continued the journey... nearing the next stop someone pressed the door bell everione looked here and there trying to find the one hu pressed the bell... im not racist but it was an indian guy... maybe he dunno which stop to alight coz he is new?

so now the teacher is still explaining... slowly.... she seems like mr harris XD and en shao is busy saving the world on miniclip XD LOL still the same... playing games in class and not paying attention

9TH OCTOBER

im like sooo freaking sianz right now... no game seem to be fun nowadaes... practically rotting at home... slacking... maple now is really raelly sianz... dunno where to train... lost hope... i was so despo till i went to play neopets... XD LOL shh... but after 10mins of playing cheats... i got bored AGAIN!... cant wait for sch to start man... seriously... if sch is like gonna start in 4 more weeks... u wun see a JoHnnY coming to sch... coz of all the spider webs stuck onto me at home.... I NID SMTH TO DO... besides blogging... yesterdae went to JY house in the evening... go there dunno do wad... nth to do... glenn hasent send me the video he promised.. still havent receive ani pictures from ani of the senior spec for the video... WTF LA! how come everithing is like push button and move... FK! god dam freaking shit!

I mean NCC now isnt NCC like it used to be in the past... ITS SLACKER NOW! I MUZ DO SMTH ABOUT IT! i dun tink the video im working on is gonna do ani gd for next years recruitment... coz i dun hav ani motivated specs!.... somehow i feel tat everi one is going for the rank onli... once they get wad they wan... poof... disappear.... ask them to do smth like will die lidat...

haiz.... dunno y i still sooo motivated about NCC... its liike the onli thing tat keeps me going... NID TO FIND SMTH ELSE to do... i saw my timetable or rather schedule for next sem... quite ok la... onli tues nid to reach sch by 8am... and dissmiss sch at 5pm... xcept for mondae... 4pm... and odd weeks fri... 12pm! XD haiz... mood still dam low now... dunno wad to do...

8TH OCTOBER

okok back now at JY house... the rest of the group playing mahjong while i update my blog XD... continue wif the post on ECC

erm where was i.... okok rmb liao... the 4th challenge was also quite long... we asked a group of malays and chinese... should be in the same group la... but the chinese noe how to speak malay... i can understand abit la... keep saying like "dun wan la", "veri paiseh", "veri stupid"... so we were like come on la... sporting abit... ur friends wearing liao... and she was like the onli one not wearing... took much time to persuade her to wear... finally after like 10 mins or so... she finally wear... we took the pic HAPPI LIAO XD... the 8th challenge also quite ez.. but instead of a fastfood outlet.. we ask a stranger at a bar... LOL.. but still accepted XD... the last challenge was also quite ez... lucky got royston he ask his girl de friend to kiss hahaha gracia... XD... then done le! finish at ard 10pm+ we tot we were the last group la... but instead we were the 2nd last XD hehe... tico... but onli the 1st group dun nid do forfeit... so the last group did a catwalk on some stage set up for some women event... everione nid to 2 pose when they were up on stage... my group? we did the marcareina... (XD dunno how to spell XD) haha so we were like humming the song lalalalalallaallalalala HEY MARCARIENA! XD LOL tats the onli thing we noe bout the song... then the 2nd group did the "INSPIRATIONAL PUSH UPS" LOL haha it push up was lke a guy nid to be on top of a gal their head muz be like the opposite side... and the gals nid to sing twinkle twinkle lil star XD their group attracted the most crowd XD then after the forfeits we had a NACC photo! actually was 3...

we returned to sch... bathe then slp ard 12 am? not sure... some of them nvr slp

so ard 3am+ dennis woke me up at 1st i dunno for wad la... so like 6 ppl... me, daph, jj and 3 other female senior.. .dunno hu la... go for night walk... so we walked to the IS blk then we saw rui kun and jacelyn over there kena blind fold... confirm noe night walk liao... then dennie and juan ask up blind fold ourselves the bois used the shirt as blindfold...

okok they wan go home la i reach home then update XD

7TH OCTOBER

Woo! ECC is still on and im able to update my blog XD... now free time... coz the PSI too high... so we nid to stay indoor... so i tot y not update my blog?...

1st dae of ECC like always sea CLTs confirm meet b4 a camp / activity starts... so me and chin woo met for lunch @ 1130 canteen one... but b4 tat... i passed my ext. hard disk to soo chain boss b4 i went off... so chin woo was earlier then me and he was eating chicken chop wif an xtra piece of chicken... when i arrived... he ate finish le... i went to order my lunch and he said he wan another piece... wa piang... seriously he nid to watch wad he eat... after lunch i no more $$$ le... GDI LA! tis whole month no money even thou i got my pay... sian... so suay...

ok the camp start le... peter gav the openin breifing... haha some ppl were late then they kena punished by wearing wadeva cloth they hav LOL they look dam fat la... then the 1st activity was telematch... then 2nd activity was dirt games again... but now was flour and eggs... mix wif sweat can make spongecake XD... after tat was water bomb! lol... throw throw throw... after tat wash up... and change into our bathrobe (okok i'll use br for bathrobe now) then dinner... its looks like we had the same camp as dragon boat and astronomy... haha... for the last activity of the dae... we nid to go to 4 diff location of orchard IN OUR BR! the 4 locations are... Wisma, cine, heir and far east... and we got 10 challenges for us to complete
1) 30 straws
2) come up wif a dance and gather 3 - 5 strangers and ask them to dance wif the group
3) 2 ppl from ur group muz cross dress
4) ask 5 stranger to wear the br and take a group pic
5) 3 strangers 23 years old to show their ID and muz take pic of the ID
6) take a group pic wif winne the pooh
7) get one foreign currency
8) go to ani fastfood outlet and ask ani stranger do we look cool in br?
- if yes, say "UR LYING!"
- if no, the whole group kneel down and say "yes!"
9) sing christmas carol outside a shop wif more then 5 ppl in it
10) 3 kiss marks from 3 diff strangers

LOL read liao hair stand right? XD hahaha and we even did it in BR la... hehe feels kinda weird being the centre of attraction everwhere u go... coz everione was like staring at us la... dun nid ani power to mind read but i confirm noe wad ppl are tinkin "wad in the world are they doing?"
hmmm the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 6th, 7th and 9th were the easiest... done rather fast... but the 5ht challenge took us the longest la... 23 year old... dam its not like their age is all over the face... some look like 23 but they were actually 16... the others were avoiding us... i mean COME ON! ask urself la... how mani times in a lifetime u can get to speak wif a person wearing BR in town?... cooperate la...
