Didn't get much slp yesterday... slept at ard 4+ lol XD watching naruto =p. woke up at ard 9+ thanks to my brother... =/ tat lil ass... he likes to disturb me get me agitated and he wants me to hit him (in hokkien its called itchy skin direct translation).

Well after i woked up settled my breakfast, bath and went to hunt for my shoe. i reach jurong point at ard 1020 and most of the shops were not opened... so... walked ard the mall look here look there... i was tooo freaking lazy to go somewhere else to shop for my shoe...

FINALLY, the shoe shops started opening... went in took a quick look at each shop (price, design, material) and i finally bought tis shoe for $95 (original price was $105). shopped for my shirt and i was done shopping...

The entire boon lay station was flooded with SP (i think) students doing flag day... no matter how hard u try to evade them... its frutile... i ended up donating like $5.. for thisgroup of girls that crowded around me... =.= *ouch to my pocket again* wads worst was I FORGET TO TAKE THE STICKER =p ended up donating again... this time johnny was smart took to sticker... *my wallet feels light now...

well... bRought my brother back from sch on the way back. Unpacked everithings settled my wardrobe and i went back to falala land LOL. It was ard 2pm.

Woked up at ard 5+ took out the things tat i nid to prepare, finishing touches on my RED failed-small-hard pandan coconut cake and i went off to my aunt house to let her try...

I was prepared for the worst... EVEN my lil cousin didn't like the cake... T.T *ouch*... (maybe it was becoz she was eating pringles before tat... =.=) oowell... oo ya... some background info bout my aunt

Shes this SUPER PRO EXPERIENCE baker (well baking isn't her full time job, its her hobby) her cakes are SUPERB! not just her cakes but ANYTHING she bake was and are still nice... did i mention that her cakes were ULTRA SUPER DUPER NICE? let me mention it again! SUPER DUPER NICE CAKES!

After she sampled my... err... lol dunnohowtodescirbe cake... she told me all the things that might have gone wrong.

LESSON 256:

- to get a soft and fluffy texture, u nid to seperate the egg white and yolk and beat them SEPERATELY for ard 15 mins.

- u nid to sieve the flour and after that mix it with yeast.

- after the eggs are beaten and they start crying, u can start adding the mixture of flour and yeast a little by little into the egg YOLK mixture.

- u nid to occasionally stop the mxing machine and manual stir the mixture from the bottom to ensure that the mixture is well mixed

- after ard 2 mins add in the egg white mixture and suger. continue to mix

That concludes todays lesson.

oo ya... u might want to add some extra ingredients for TENDER LOVING CARE. *KKKKUUUUAAAAAAA PUI!* *sniff sniff* *mix mix*
