Well, I finally have sometime to update. Will be running 2.4km later at 1700. Couldn't access blogger this morning.

Human Communication preparations, Marine Engineering presentation, Marine Engineering labs are all done. PPCDL theory cleared as well, waiting for Shu Man to pass before I book the practical date. Currently busy with Marine Business, Combine UG camp, some HQ stuffs and my trainings for NAPFA. NAPFA is next wednesday. Hope I can get at least a 25/30 points for it.

Was training yesterday with Young, Daniel, Weilson, En Shao and Jia Hao. Alot of people gave empty promises. Training still proceeded without them. Sprain my neck when I was jogging, it still hurts a little now. Daniel went off half way as he had an appointment with his friend. Weilson and En Shao just ran for like 3 rounds. Jia Hao, Young and Me completed 6 rounds and more at the tracks. I think I ran 10 rounds in total? Crapped about ants, continued station trainings (pull ups, sit ups and push ups), till 9 plus.

Washed up and went for dinner at KAP Mac till 11? En Shao practically gained back the energy and fats that he burnt while running by ordering an upsized Big Mac, and he was saying he wanted to train hard for NAPFA. What weak resolves...

Met Annabelle (my cousin) at the bus stop but she had to leave as she was meeting her friends for supper. Didn't had enough sleep, 3 hours to be exact. Fall asleep as soon as I touched my bed. Well, sms-ed her before I slept.

Well, I better get warmed up before running.
