Just had my lunch at 3pm, latest lunch ever this year.

Recently, there is this Indian kid that frequently roams around the corridor of my level. His family just moved in last year and stays a few doors down. His parents let him roam around wherever he wants and do not care about him till meal times. You might think that the kid is very independent but the truth in my opinion is, the parents don't give a shit about him. He loiters around the neighborhood alone (even at night) riding his bicycle or his kick scooter, but he frequents my house often even when my family is having their meals.

My mum is now a part time free baby sitter.

My mum also told me once that both families went to the library together. The boy's father went off somewhere on his own once they reached the library and the mother was reading some books by herself and when the kid went to her, she will just ask him to come and play with my brother who was doing his work under my mum's supervision. At least my dad sits with my family during then. Then, the kid suddenly pulled his pants down and showed his "stick" in public. My mum quickly pulled his pants up and asked him why he did that, his reason was, he saw some guy doing it at a secluded spot in the neighbourhood during one of his "patrols. What he saw was a couple having intimate activity. Kids, really learn fast now a days...

There was another incident where my mum saw him cycling around a group of guys who were trying to hit him down with empty bottles and cans, must be the influence of the movie "The Matrix". It was either he was really one of the chosen ones or the group of guys have bad aiming, he escape unscattered.
